The site would have a hyperlink that says: “Check out our blog here...” or “Here is the latest news and reviews we make at...” So, really, we can say that the internet is widely dominated by blogs. It has enabled people to show their expertise on their field, and they eventually get the participation of others by leaving their comments behind. These statistics are astounding! In blogger.com alone, blogging grew to 68 percent in 2008! There are also statistics revealing that in 2009, 200 million are blogging on the net, and a big percentage of them are online entrepreneurs who actively do blogging for profit.
 Blogs are sources of news and big events. It is a perfect way to have friends and business partners. Great blog content attracts followers who love to read good and new information. You can use it to post articles for a charitable cause. They can also be mediums of online courses. More importantly, you can make a lot of money in blog marketing. You can do this without spending a dime. You do not even have to know graphic design and programming to start with. All you need to do is to register with a blogging site, choose a readymade page format or template and start blogging for profit.
Here are the choice benefits of blogging in relation to internet marketing:
1. The search engines love blogs – Since blogs are continuously updated especially because of the comments, the search engines see them as a source of fresh content, so they are indexed often.
2. It is great for generating leads – The people who make comments on blogs also leave their email addresses. This means instant leads to online businesses.
3. Building trust - Since it is like a diary which others are likely to read, even unintentionally, it is like knowing the blogger personally. This is simply winning their hearts.
