Bulleted text does the trick! Most often, highlighted phrases already show the audience the big picture and we only need to add an example to it. Later on, I learned to use some emphasizing words like "also", "Next", "Number One", and other attention catching words. Pretty neat is it not?

4. Better illustration - If you are a beginner in presentations, you probably discover that it is quite difficult sometimes to illustrate a point to the prospects.

Because of this, we tent to wave and form our hands to somehow "ape" what we want to show. And, if we cannot effectively do that, we tend to look for something to write on and try to draw the picture which in some situation is more difficult!

However, if we have ready-made pictures which we show our audience, they could get the idea quickly. Most of the time, diagrams can keep them on track of the flow of things like downline genealogy structures.

Sometimes simple pictures of people with different expressions can convey situations that the prospects can relate on. It makes them create success movies because they imagine themselves benefiting from the business opportunity.

Our minds work best with pictures and just as the saying goes, "A picture is worth a thousand words".
