The True Essence of
Money and Happiness
 You can understand how money and happiness relate when you watch the movie “Pursuit of Happyness”. That film was inspired by a true story.
“Pursuit of Happyness” illustrates a man and his desperation of becoming successful in life. At the beginning, he had a dream. but, it did not turn out as easy as he thought it would be. And because of life’s difficulties, he lost almost everything.
 
His wife left him for he could not satisfy her with a better income. He was driven out of his apartment because he could not continue to pay the rent. The authorities took his money from his bank account for he could no longer pay his bills. He became broke. He was left with his son to look after, and his dream to pursue. He did not give up. He aspired to become a broker and because of his passion, courage and perseverance, he made it through the challenges and become wealthy. He finally arrived at the finish line earning his prize in the form of both money and happiness. This story is very common to individuals who pushed themselves to their limits in order to reach their dreams and
goals.
They did not just dream without doing anything.Success is not just stumbling on happiness and riches! Can money buy happiness? Some say that money is the root of all evil. They say that because money tempts people to steal, kill and do illegal acts. Take the story of Judas. He was given money in exchange for his betrayal of Jesus. Would you say that it was a successful story? No, not so.He became unhappy for what he did and for what he has become. He became so sad that he threw his money away and hung himself to death. Earning money the wrong way does not lead to real happiness. Some who are short of conscience might enjoy earning bad money, but the majority will not. The effects of earning bad money: 1. Greed develops
2. Constant feeling of guilt
3. Unable to spend money wisely
4. Not able to maintain riches
5. Unable to be generous to others

opinion is, lack of money is the root of all evil! Anyone who say that money is the root of all evil may not really have money. This is probably the reason why they do not understand about acquiring wealth the right way. Actually, it is up to man how he wishes to become in his pursuit of money and happiness. One will most likely achieve both money and happiness when everything is done the right way. The effects of earning good money: 1. Good feeling of how money was earned
2. Good posture develops
3. Confidence develops
4. Money is spent wisely
5. Longevity of of wealth
6. Develop generosity to others
7. Money is valued more If you have enough money to buy a decent shelter, you will be happy. If you have enough money to buy good clothes, you will be happy. If you have enough money to feed yourself and your family, you will all be happy. If you have enough money to help a lot of people, you will be happy. Self determination theory The movie “Pursuit of Happyness” is about acquiring happiness after conquering challenges. Suffering may be a good sign, and a good reason to hold on. Most of these things happen for a good reason. It strengthens and purifies the soul. This makes one develops self determination which is one of the keys to success.
