Now for some serious multilevel marketing!

By creating a network of distributors or business owners, you leverage yourself through them. Your network grows exponentially and earns serious amounts of money.

The people who want to join your team become your downlines and they just duplicate you, doing the same simple things. You, together with your sponsors train, motivate and support your downlines so that they become successful.

You generate money for yourself as they begin to earn.

So it is only natural for you give your downlines more support and expose them to the residual income opportunity. This is the only business where you train your downlines to be better than you!

You need at least a couple of downlines, one on your left and one on your right!

The figure above shows:

1. "YOU" are the business owner.
2. You refer 2 customers which are your "DIRECT REFERRALS" or your "PARTNERS".
3. Your partners get their own direct referrals which becomes your "INDIRECT REFERRALS".
4. Whenever you get new direct referral, they "SPILLOVER" and can go anywhere underneath your network (in this case, your "PARTNER 3" is your spillover).
5. From spillovers, you "HELP" your downlines grow while you get more commissions.
6. You are paid commissions on the current month according to the number of customers on your left and on your right that match. This is called "MATCHING BONUS". The remainder will be "Carried Over" for the next month's matching bonus.
7. This type of compensation plan should have an "Infinite" number of levels.

The concept of having one downline on the left and one downline on the right is the most balanced and "Fair" structure for everyone. This is a binary plan. As your network marketing business becomes bigger, you get bigger commissions!

Can you imagine what happens when you have a network of a thousand on your left and a thousand in your right? Do you think you can stop them from making you wealthy? Even when you stop networking, which is unlikely, do you still earn? Yes! Of course you do!

If and when you finally retire, you still get "Passive Residual Income".
